Founded in 2012, Frank Chou Design Studio attempts to find a design language that is distinctly contemporary Chinese yet aligned with global perspectives, through a unique and objective lens.

With a dedicated focus on product design and in-depth exploration of the industry, the studio provides design collaborations and strategic consulting for numerous brands both domestically and internationally. As the first design studio from Mainland China to collaborate with Louis Vuitton Objets Nomades, it launched the Signature sofa in 2021. The studio has also received numerous annual design awards from international industry organizations and professional media outlets over the years. Additionally, the studio serves as the curator for the "Talents" section at Design Shanghai and is a co-initiator of the public welfare project "Create Cures."

Frank Chou Design Studio aims to create a state of quiet strength. The sense of order and ritual conveyed by this stability is a core essence of Eastern culture, maintaining the connection between individuals and the collective, and linking past and present cultures and values.
