Studio Victor Miklos

Victor Miklos Andersen (b. 1992, Kalundborg, Denmark) is a visual artist and designer whose practice spans sculpture, performance, installation, and spatial interventions. He holds a BA in Fine Art from the Design Academy Eindhoven (2016–2020) and an MFA in Sculpture from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago (2023–2024).

Andersen is the founder of multiple creative platforms, including Ortamiklos (2017–2022), Studio Victor Miklos (2017–present), Bloko_748 (2023–present), the non-profit exhibition initiative Victoria Venezia (2024–present), and SculptWorks (2024–present). His work has been exhibited internationally at institutions, biennials, and fairs such as the Venice Art Biennale, VeniceArchitecture Biennale, Design Miami, Friedman Benda (NYC), Albertz Benda (Los Angeles), K11 Art Foundation (Shenzhen, Guangzhou), Mindcraft (Copenhagen), Lo-Studio (Venice), Etage Projects (Copenhagen), Tableau (Copenhagen), Superhouse (NYC), and Collectible (Brussels). Notable presentations include Victoria Venezia (Venice Art Biennale, 2024), Sketches in Concrete (Rotterdam Design Biennial, 2025), Car Meet (Milan, 2023), and Temple of Confinement (Virtual Performance, 2020).

Andersen’s practice is characterized by an experimental approach to materiality, architectural environments, and the performative potential of objects, often operating at the intersection of art, design, and collaborative production.
